1. Complaint handling policy

• We receive all customer complaints related to the poor experience with our products or services.
• You can contact us to obtain warranty service under any circumstances.
• The time limit for settling complaints is within 03 working days after receiving a complaint from the customer. In force majeure circumstances, the two parties will negotiate on their own.

2. Shipping policy
Delivery methods

• Buying directly from our company.
• Leaving a deposit to reserve products and paying the balance later.

Estimated time for delivery

• Normally, after receiving order information, we will process the order within 24 hours and respond to customers with information about payment and delivery.
• The time duration for delivery is usually between 3-5 days from the order closing date or as agreed with the customer when placing the order.
• However, there are also cases where delivery time takes longer but only occurs in force majeure situations as follows:

✚ Our staff cannot reach customers via phone.
✚ The delivery address you provided is incorrect or difficult to find.
✚The sudden increase in the number of orders causes production to slow down in order processing.

• Regarding shipping fees, we use an external shipping service, so shipping fees will be calculated according to the shipping unit's fees depending on the location and volume of the order. Then, we will quote the specific fee to the customer.

Geographic restrictions on delivery

• For provincial customers who want to buy in large quantities or wholesale customers who want to buy products, we will ask for services from delivery companies and fees will be calculated according to the fees of providers or according to the contractual agreement between the two parties.
• In case there is a delay in delivery, we will promptly inform the customer and renegotiate the delivery time.

3. Warranty policy
Warranty cases:

• Products are within the warranty period.
• Products are warranted according to the supplier&rsquos regulations.
• Customers present the warranty when requesting service.

Non-warranty cases:

• Products that have expired the warranty period stated on the warranty card or lost the warranty card.
• The warranty card does not clearly state the product code and purchase date.
• The product code and warranty card do not match or cannot be determined for any reason.
• Products scratched or damaged due to prolonged use.
• Products are broken or deformed due to collision.
• Customers self-interfere with the product or take it to another place for repair.

Conditions for exchange or 100% refund:

• Products found to be defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.
• The product is not the same as the product that you ordered on our website.

Note:

• Customers need to exchange or return the product within 07 business days from the time of receipt.
• The exchanged or returned product must have intact labels, boxes, and original packaging of the product as when you received it initially.

4. Payment policy
There are 3 forms of payment, customers can choose the most convenient and suitable form for themselves:

• Method 1: Pay cash directly to our address.
• Method 2: Pay upon receipt, check the goods, and pay cash to the delivery staff.
• Method 3: You transfer money in advance, and then we proceed with delivery according to the agreement or contract with you.

Note:

• The content of the transfer clearly states your full name and the item to be transferred to. After transferring, we will contact you to confirm and proceed with delivery. If after the agreed time we do not deliver or do not respond, you can send a complaint directly to the headquarters address and request compensation if you can prove that the delay affects your business activities.
• For customers who want to buy in large quantities, please contact us directly for a reasonable price policy. The payment will be made according to the contract.
